100 years have passed since the revolution in Russia. Worrying about what is happening in the world. Why is this?

With the current of the technological revolution, a social bouillon begins to intermix, and much from the bottom begins to rise to the surface. This should be neutralized, balanced, remembering what this threatens the world. The society will look for new ways and methods for this neutralization and balance.

 

Over a hundred years ago Sergey Zubatov tried to find one of the ways to neutralize the danger of the coup. This is a great danger of concentration of workers in the enterprise. Before the appearance of workers of large enterprises, the socialists did not have such advantages. They must satisfy their material needs – wages, working conditions etc.Sergei Zubatov at first himself was a revolutionary, and then he began to serve against them in the police. He was offered to go to the police, he did it cope with all, because he knew one and the other side of the events. Then he came to the conclusion that we must work with the workers themselves. He said that the socialists are working with the workers and we also need to work with them. Unions? You are welcome! It goes on for a penny, for working conditions, for salaries, contractual relations within capitalism. Marxism itself says that the economic struggle does not go beyond the bourgeois form of existence, beyond the bourgeois form of economic struggle: wages, medicine, working conditions.

So, when Sergei Zubatov, the head of the police department of the country then began to interrogate, even cross-examine the revolutionaries, he clearly demarcated them – the intelligentsia and the workers. These are completely different categories, although they cooperated together. As a rule, the workers did not understand that they were committing anti-state actions. They fought for justice, as they understood it. But all understood only intelligentsia. They were more clear, persistent, consistent in the confrontation of state power. Workers saw near needs and goals, and they were told that with this system you will not be able to survive normally. Bad people, autocracy, capitalists, landlords … Workers, therefore, they must destroy them, but the socialists are ready to organize them, create a mutual support fund, a newspaper and all they need. Zubatov said that the trade union should be better. By the way, one of the practitioners of Zubatov’s policy was priest Gapon. He was not a provocateur, but rather a working organizer. Why not to give a little more of the share of income in order to add to salaries. A person should live normally if he works well.

But they did not listen to him. In 1903 he was first fired from the police. Then much later he committed suicide when they overthrew the Tsar in 1917. After the murder in 1904 of the Minister of the Interior, Plehve, the new minister called Zubatov to return to him, but he refused. He was offended that he was humiliated, expelled from the service, and then the head of the investigative committee and the minister asked him to return. Then he was a consultant, but refused to work together. Like Sherlock Holmes. He probably got it. Even Vladimir Burtsev corresponded with him, until it was convicted by the government. Burtsev investigated a provocations, and he exposed the police provocation as a revolutionist. Because they were two intelligent people, understood a lot of things, they exchanged intellectual considerations. Then they stopped talking. So Zubatov saw that against socialism, against the idea of overthrowing can be fought by improving life with this social system. It is necessary only to treat the workers in a human way. And Prime Minister Sergei Witte agreed with this, but he was also fired. Revolutionaries saw the danger in Zubatov. In Stolypin they also saw the danger, because if the peasants were given land ownership, then the revolutionary movement could loose its meaning. Zubatov realized that it is impossible to suppress the revolution with purely police measures. It is necessary to solve the social problems of hired workers.  If the problem is not solved, then no police work will do anything. He clearly represented it. He was called a police socialist. Zubatov denied it, calling it absurd. The police should be an arbiter, not only on one side, he said.

And now people are rising from the social bottom who did not adapt themselves, who do not want, can not, retrain, who are sick, maybe they start looking for an idea that would save them as a miracle. This politician can be, “America will be great,” a witch-doctor. He wants a quick effect to see that the industry quickly growths. He sold weapons to the Arabs. It is in order for the industry could to work incessantly, extract oil and gas. Initially this president was tied with toxic Russia.

Was this deplorable fact inevitable?

Universal basic income is needed by those who must save this civilization in the light of a new technological revolution. For creative people from business and science not to flee to secluded islands, they must change the lives of disadvantaged people that have not adapted to the new technological conditions. The creative minority should give an idea and a psychological position, change the set of values, from early childhood to adult age, which is very difficult to change culturally. The society ought to adapt them in order to fill the emptiness in their their heads with defined idea, otherwise someone else will fill it up, and the universal basic income will be declared a misery or bad luck. Without the universal idea the universal basic income will not give a good result. Universal basic income will always be insufficient. Without it it can not, but it is not enough. There must be a universal idea of freedom, cultural adaptation to the post-industrial era. It is in order to feel this social environment so as its own.

At the first stage in America the “Anglo-Saxons” had these ideas  which accounted for 70-80% of the population. And most of them had secondary education, were Protestants (Puritans). It was the core of the American nation. Then, when they came from Germany, Scandinavia and the Jews – also strong representatives of Western civilization and America has become what it is now. And now America gradually “blurs”. This was also written by Zbigniew Brzezinski (Z.Brz. “Out of Control”), what is bad if there it is a numerical predominance of Hispanics i.e those whom he did not refer to the “white”.   In creative people – intellectuals and entrepreneurs, the head is already in the idealistc over-system, but for the others – wage workers it is necessary to give an idea from the outside. Trump was going to return the former greatness to America? Lenin, as the leader, said in What to Do, that without the introduction of socialism by the intelligentsia from the outside into the working class, the socialistic movement is impossible. He was right for his time and place.  In the West, too, “a holy place is never empty” and there are intellectuals who bring ideas, but already against the so-called “globalization”, i.e. against technological and scientific progress, the further development of Western society. Workers of rusty states in USA, for instance, need some inspiring idea, a thought, but on the basis of the old way of work and way of life. After all, the consciousness of the vast majority of people lags behind the rates of social and technological development – hence the social crises occur in the conditions of mixing the social structure of society.

Thinking and civilized intellectuals must have time to give them cultural landmarks, until the destroyers of the civilized order of things will do this. In turn, the destructive, subversive role is played by Putin’s Russia with their civilizational ally Trump, as a mouthpiece and destructive leader. To this affair, aggressive terrorist Islamism comes. Ideas, constructive and destructive, begin to appear through advanced all-pervasive media (TV and Internet, mobile communications) and modern transport. Trump and his like people do not overdo it, then you have to work with people in completely different ways. Trump blurred the idea of ​​America’s greatness and something must be done about it.

 

Doubtlessly, the main idea of Westrn society is an ideal of free personality with all the attributes of preconditions and conditions of the life within which this free personality could exist forever. Nevertheless, historically sometimes emerge the incoming conditions and circumstances that interrupt the continuousness of this long-existing free personality on the minor part of the Earth globe. The historical circumstances that provide the life of the free individual tend to be descreeted by the important incoming causes that emerge periodically by the same ways. Despite this moment the mankind as a rule tends to forget the pervious experience and rdeals that were as aftermath of these pitiful historical causes. The paradoxical character of the historical events do not allow to preserve the specific historical experience, even skills, inhabits that could will be quite useful for the further generations. The main cause is the inability in time to cope with the new historical regularities.

We know enough the new role of the knowledge and the creative ability for the stage of Third Technological revolution. We perceive the complexity of the intellectual vocation and the set of real preconditions for the developments of these abilities – the sufficient economic and intellectual promises. In this context we come to the problems of universal basic income for the each member of the advanced society. Nevertheless we ought to to take into consideration the aftermath of the October upheaval of 1917 in Russian Empire.

At the Putilov factory in the St-Petersbough (capital of Russian Empire) workers had a relatively high salary, more than the average for Russia and despite this, at this factory there was the center of Bolshevism. But without the ideology nothing will work, as it did not work 100 years ago. The key difference then and now: then wanted to own, manage the factories – now they saw that they can not own and control, they want as at least the subsistence minimum and to have a workplace. In the world, the proletariat continues to play the same role as in Russia before the revolution…
